%X Resumen: La investigaci車n en sistemas y servicios de salud (ISSS) permite evaluar la calidad, accesibilidad y costos de la atenci車n de enfermer赤a as赤 como la organizaci車n de los servicios, y la satisfacci車n de los usuarios internos y externos de las instituciones de salud. Aunque su objeto de estudio lo constituyen los servicios de salud, su realizaci車n contribuye a la reafirmaci車n de los principios 谷ticos de enfermer赤a. Se realiz車 un art赤culo de revisi車n para analizar los aportes de este tipo de estudio al cumplimiento del c車digo de 谷tica de enfermer赤a. Abstract: Health Policy and Systems Research (HPSR) allows evaluating the quality, accessibility and cost of nursing attention. Although HPSR is mainly linked to services evaluation it allows increasing nursing ethical principles. A review article was developed in order to analyze the relation between the ethic code of ethics for nurses and the develop of this kind of research.
