%0 Journal Article %T International electronic contracting in the newest UN Convention %A Paul Przemyslaw Polanski %J Journal of International Commercial Law and Technology %D 2007 %I International Association of IT Lawyers %X On 23 November 2005, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a new Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts. Eight countries including China and Singapore signed it but the Convention is not binding yet as it still requires the ratification by three states.
