%X Antifungal drug ketoconazole was encapsulated in niosome for topical application .Ketoconazole niosome were prepared by thin film hydration method technique using surfactant, cholesterol, dicetyl phosphate & drug mixture in different weight ratios. The prepared niosomes were characterized by various physicochemical parameters & evaluation of release studies of entrapped ketoconazole in niosomes were carried out by UV Visible spectrophotometric method.
