Methods: Young patients with localized lesions infemoral condyle and talus were selected. The clinical evaluationwas complemented with the imaginologic resources. Results: Theneoformed cartilage tissue occupies the defect. The patients showedimprove in the quality life, returning to the daily and sport activities.
