%X El objetivo principal de ¨¦ste texto es presentar los resultados de un estudio realizado sobre las transformaciones que en las dos ¨²ltimas d¨¦cadas ha sufrido la universidad colombiana, en la perspectiva de mostrar un contexto hist¨®rico m¨¢s amplio que vaya m¨¢s all¨¢ de lo puramente coyuntural. En este texto se estudian cuatro aspectos: en primer t¨¦rmino, se recuerdan algunas caracter¨ªsticas del neoliberalismo educativo y la manera c¨®mo se vincula con el capitalismo en Colombia; en segundo lugar, se examina c¨®mo ha operado el neoliberalismo en la universidad colombiana en las dos ¨²ltimas d¨¦cadas, relacionando como punto de partida el gasto militar y el gasto educativo; posteriormente, se analiza el Proyecto de Ley 112; y, por ¨²ltimo, se se alan algunos aspectos sobre el movimiento de protesta contra ese proyecto.AbstractThe main objective of this text is to present the results of a study on the transformations that in the last two decades has undergone the Colombian University, in the perspective of showing a broader historical context which goes beyond purely cyclical transformations. This text explores four aspects: firstly, some characteristics of the educational neoliberalism are addressed and the way how it is linked with capitalism in Colombia; secondly, it examines how neoliberalism has operated in the Colombian University in the last two decades, relating as a starting point the military spending and the education spending; subsequently, the Bill n¡ã 112 is analyzed; and, finally, some aspects of the movement of protest against this project are identified.
