%X The main aim of this study is to investigate the general policy of Russia under the Bolsheviks after the Revolution of October 1917. Additionally, it is studied the problem of Baku and its economical and political importance for Russian foreign policy. The other subjects such as the carrying of Baku oil to Russia, the Baku incidents of Mart 1918, and the russian-armenian allaince in Baku are discussed.
