%X Con el objetivo de perfeccionar la aplicaci車n por los estudiantes del proceso de Atenci車n de Enfermer赤a, se realiz車 un estudio preliminar con los estudiantes de 5to a o de la carrera, profesores, jefes de salas hospitalarias y/o consultorios del m谷dico de la familia en el curso 96-97, el cual posibilitar芍 establecer fundamentos te車ricos y metodol車gicos en el proceso docente-educativo de la especialidad en los aspectos relacionados con la estandarizaci車n de las categor赤as diagnosticadas (taxonom赤a), que facilitar芍n la aplicaci車n pr芍ctica de este proceso, as赤 como sus etapas y orientaciones metodol車gicas para su control. Aplicado el proceso durante un semestre sobre la base de los fundamentos te車ricos elaborados, se aplicaron diferentes instrumentos (encuestas, entrevistas, observaciones al personal con el cual iniciamos esta investigaci車n), para constatar la factibilidad de la aplicaci車n del proceso de enfermer赤a a partir de las nuevas orientaciones. Este trabajo aport車 como resultado fundamentos metodol車gicos y pedag車gicos para la ejecuci車n del proceso de Atenci車n de Enfermer赤a, al precisar las taxonom赤as, patrones e indicadores, etapas y orientaciones metodol車gicas para el trabajo docente, y se comprob車 en su aplicaci車n pr芍ctica la contribuci車n de 谷stas en la calidad de su aplicaci車n y en la formaci車n del futuro licenciado. With the objective of improving the application of the nursing care process by the students, a preliminary study was conducted with fifth-year medical students, professors, heads of hospital wards and/or family physician∩s offices in 1996-97 school year. This study will make it possible to set the theoretical and methodological fundamentals in the teaching-educational process of the nursing specialty regarding the standardization of diagnosed categories (taxonomy), which will facilitate the implementation of this process and its stages; as well as the methodological orientations for its control. This process was implemented for a six-month period on the basis of the set theoretical fundamentals; several instruments were used (surveys, interviews, observations of the staff with which we started the research study) to prove the feasibility of the implementation of the nursing care process starting from the new guidelines. This paper contributed methodological and teaching fundamentals for the carrying out of the nursing care process by specifying taxonomies, patterns and indicators, stages and methodological guidelines for the teaching work.
