%X This article takes a long, hard look at teachers＊ training and education at Universities and pedagogic training-focused institutions like ※Normales§ nowadays. Therefore, this is an analytical, interpretative and critical reflection around the ethical, political and social basis of teaching labor. Today, human condition is quite recognized in the teaching field and discourse. Then, teaching research is set into the dynamic dialogue between theory, educational affairs, reality and pedagogic background. Moreover, schools are valued as places where knowledge, thought and affectivity get together in order to build up and enhance the human potential. La siguiente reflexi車n en una perspectiva anal赤tica, interpretativa y cr赤tica del car芍cter 谷tico, pol赤tico y social de las pr芍cticas pedag車gicas del maestro, hace una mirada crucial a la formaci車n de los maestros en universidades y normales en la actualidad, en la que se recontextualiza el reconocimiento de la condici車n humana en las pr芍cticas cotidianas en la escuela, desde un discurso para afrontar la globalizaci車n de la educaci車n. En ese escenario, la escuela se concibe como un espacio que conjuga la triada entre conocimiento, pensamiento y afectividad, en una perspectiva de construir nuevos seres humanos; en este orden se plantea la investigaci車n como un di芍logo entre la teor赤a, las problem芍ticas educativas y las experiencias pedag車gicas.
