%X Se efect迆a un an芍lisis de los aspectos vinculados con la formaci車n de los profesionales de las Ciencias M谷dicas y se enfatiza en la Medicina Familiar como especialidad cl赤nica generalista y amplia, que caracteriza la pr芍ctica m谷dica hegem車nica. Se plantea la necesidad de que tanto el M谷dico General B芍sico como el especialista en Medicina General Integral atiendan a las familias ubicadas en su radio de acci車n comunitaria, por lo que la direcci車n del proceso docente-educativo para formar a estos profesionales debe ser consecuente con esta finalidad. Se efect迆a una reflexi車n en torno a esta actuaci車n para ofrecer a los profesores una clara visi車n de hacia d車nde encaminarse en la direcci車n del proceso, que incluye una conceptualizaci車n de las implicaciones de prestar una atenci車n m谷dica integral a la familia, los problemas que resolver芍, as赤 como las acciones que desarrollar芍 con este prop車sito. An analysis of those aspects connected with the training of medical sciences professionals is made. Family Medicine is emphasized as a generalized and broad clinical specialty that characterizes the hegemonic medical practice . It is stressed the need that the Basic General Physician and the specialist in General Comprehensive Medicine attend those families located within the operating range of their communities. That is why, the direction of the educative teaching process through which these professionals are trained should be consequent with this end. It is reflected on this acting allowing professors to have a clear vision of where to direct their steps in this process, which includes a conceptualization of what giving comprehensive medical attention to families implies, the problems they will solve and the actions they will take to attain this goal.
