%X The aim of this research is to determined the employees¡¯ attitudes on the organizational commitment and transformational leadership behaviors. The study was conducted in the four and five stars hotels in Antalya, Ayd n and Mu la. The multiple factor leadership scale (MLQ) and Allen and Meyer¡¯s organizational commitment was used in the study. It is found that employees have middle level attitudes against to the organizational commitment and transformational leadership according to results.
