Venezuela %A Luis Hern¨¢ndez Garc¨ªa %A L¨¢zaro D¨ªaz Hern¨¢ndez %A Ileana Morales Su¨¢rez %J Educaci£¿3n M£¿£¿dica Superior %D 2007 %I Editorial Ciencias M¨¦dicas %X Objetivo: elaborar una propuesta de sistema organizacional para la implementaci¨®n del programa de Licenciatura en Tecnolog¨ªa de la Salud en el perfil de Optometr¨ªa y ¨®ptica, dando respuesta a la necesidad de la formaci¨®n masiva de los cooperantes de la salud vinculados a esta especialidad en la Misi¨®n Barrio Adentro de la Rep¨²blica Bolivariana de Venezuela, los cuales est¨¢n distribuidos en 459 puntos a lo largo de los 24 estados del pa¨ªs. Desarrollo: se hizo una revisi¨®n bibliogr¨¢fica sobre el tema, se caracteriz¨® el escenario donde se desarrollar¨¢ la actividad capacitadora, a trav¨¦s de la entrevista a expertos y utilizando una gu¨ªa de observaci¨®n. Se definieron las figuras docentes responsables de la conducci¨®n del programa, identific¨¢ndose las principales funciones que desarrollar¨¢n, as¨ª como sus interrelaciones durante el proceso formativo. Se propusieron como figuras docentes a los tutores, profesores y activistas docentes, apoyados en la estructura de la misi¨®n cubana en Barrio Adentro y en la participaci¨®n activa de los l¨ªderes juveniles en cada territorio. Conclusiones: se elabor¨® una propuesta de sistema organizacional y se identificaron las figuras docentes que garantizar¨ªan el proceso Objective: to make a proposal of an organizational system for the implementation of the program of Health Technology Licentiate in the profile of Optometry and Optics, giving an answer to the need of the massive training of the health cooperators linked with this specialty in the Mission Into the Neighbourhood in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, where they are distributed in 459 points in the 24 states of the countries. Development: a bibliographical review on the topic was made. The setting where the training activity will take place was characterized by interviewing experts and by using an observation guide. The teaching figures responsible for the conduction of the program were defined and the main functions to be developed, as well as their interrelations during the formative process, were identified. Tutors, professors and teaching activists were proposed as teaching figures, supported by the structure of the Cuban brigade in the Mission Into the Neighbourhood program and by the active participation of the youth leaders in every territory.
