Analytical modeling were applied whereby derived mathematical model were developed, this model generated theoretical values that were compared with experimental results. The values from standard laboratory experiment were compared with the theoretical values, this results is to determine the rate of inhibition from Arsenic on the rate of microbial migration to groundwater aquifer in the study location. The results from these two parameters shows that the concentration from E.coli developed its optimum values at 0.0002, eighteen metres and at sixty days, suddenly decrease to zero from twenty to thirty metres also at hundred days, while Arsenic the inhibitor of microbial growth of E.coli deposited it rate of concentration in fluctuation form to a point were an optimum values were recorded at 0.00047 twenty one metres deep and at seventy days, with its lowest at zero also at hundred days, comparing the results with World Health Organization standard of 0.01mg/l and 0 in Arsenic and E.coli respectively. It meets up the required standard of borehole design and construction according to its specification. %K Key words: Analytical model %K column experiment %K E.Coli %K arsenic %K Nigeria. %U http://wudpeckerresearchjournals.org/JESWR/Pdf/2012/Mar/Elouzo%20et%20al.pdf
