%X El objetivo del trabajo, es proveer a los profesores que utilizan las tecnolog赤as de la informaci車n y las comunicaciones (TIC) en funci車n del proceso de ense anza-aprendizaje, por un lado, de un instrumento denominado  Los diez emoticones , que permite realizar el an芍lisis del contenido de las interacciones y de la actuaci車n de los estudiantes en el foro del entorno virtual de aprendizaje (EVA), y por otro, de una herramienta inform芍tica llamada Net@nalisis, que proporciona una representaci車n gr芍fica de diagramas estructurales, tanto del modelo de interacci車n del estudiante como del grupo que desarrollan actividades en el foro del EVA. La aplicaci車n del instrumento y de la herramienta inform芍tica facilita al profesor: supervisar, guiar y evaluar el proceso de aprendizaje y de formaci車n y desarrollo del grupo en el EVA. The objective of the paper was to provide the professors who use the information and communication technologies for the teaching and learning process with an instrument called "The ten emoticons" on one hand, and with an informatic tool called Net@nalisis on the other. The former allows the analysis of the content of interactions and of the performance of the students in the forum within the virtual learning environment whereas the latter provides graphic representation of structural diagrams of the interaction model of both the student and the group carrying out their activities in the forum. The implementation of the instrument and the informatic tool makes it possible for the professor to supervise, guide and evaluate the process of learning, formation and development of the whole group within the virtual learning environment.
