%X For most of its history, The International Law has been State nation centred. However, Now We can not think the international policy without a post-national level. So the Globalization claims this new level. In this paper, I will show Rawls＊s model. The position I defend is that the propose of Rawls is unsatisfactory. I will show how Rawls rejects the cosmopolitism and substantive idea of justice in the international law. Both refusal prevent to pay attention to priority international problem: the eradication of the poverty. Durante la mayor parte de su historia, el Derecho Internacional ha estado centrado en el Estado-naci車n. En el momento presente no podemos pensar la pol赤tica internacional sin un nivel de actuaci車n postnacional. La globalizaci車n exige este nuevo nivel. En este art赤culo, me detendr谷 especialmente en el modelo del fil車sofo John Rawls. La posici車n que defiendo es que la propuesta de Rawls es insuficiente. Mostrar谷 c車mo la oposici車n de Rawls al cosmopolitismo y su negativa a unir el derecho de gentes a una idea sustantiva de justicia lo imposibilitan para atender el problema prioritario internacional: la erradicaci車n de la pobreza.
