%T El humanitarismo,  un nuevo ideal moral?

%X Relatively beyond the context of the philosophical debates of contemporary ethics, an intuitive and generic vision of the concept of  humanitarianism  has gradually imposed itself, with normativity claims, on the international juridical language and corpus. This paper seeks to decipher the theoretic presuppositions of this new intuitive moral ideal by analysing the notion of  humanity  which functions as an instance of moral appeal, as well as by discussing the problem concerning the classification of certain acts as  crimes against humanity . The paper finally directs the analysis towards the possibility of including the existence of extreme poverty in the world amongst these acts that are harmful to humanity. Relativamente al margen de los debates filos¨®ficos de la ¨¦tica contempor¨¢nea, ha ido imponi¨¦ndose paulatinamente en el lenguaje y el corpus jur¨ªdico internacionales una visi¨®n intuitiva y gen¨¦rica del concepto de  humanitarismo  con pretensiones de normatividad. El art¨ªculo procura descifrar las presuposiciones te¨®ricas de este nuevo ideal moral intuitivo analizando la noci¨®n de  humanidad  que hace all¨ª las veces de instancia de apelaci¨®n moral y discutiendo el problema concerniente a la tipificaci¨®n de ciertos actos como  cr¨ªmenes contra la humanidad . Proyecta finalmente el an¨¢lisis hacia la posibilidad de incluir entre estos actos lesivos a la humanidad la existencia de la pobreza extrema en el mundo.
