%X This article means to make a brief presentation about the origin f the operation and the insertion into the ¡°paulista¡± educational market with emphasis in the period from 2001 to 2010 of three big Enterprises Groups, ¡°Objetivo COC and Positivo¡± as well caracterize the products and services which are part of its ¡°educational systems¡±. Besides of the performance in the private teaching sector such Groups have stood out for their amplification in the Public System through the use its teaching apostilles system by a significant number of ¡°paulistas¡± districts. The data refer to a research made by the authors during the development of the researches of scientific initiation. We can observe a lot of similarities in the course and performance of three Groups and a big increasing offer of their ¡°teaching systems¡±, thus generating consequences such as standardization of teaching contents, standardization of quality and transfer of responsabilities from the public sector to the private sphere.
