Swelling,pain, and infection are seen in the affected gland. Mostcommon seen in submandibular gland, parotid gland,sublingual gland and minor salivary glands, respectively.Treatment is in a wide range from medical treatment tototal excision of the gland. In this case, we reported apatient that have a previously failed surgical treatment forparotid calculi. Superficial parotidectomy was performed.We found the calculi in the proximal ductus of the parotidgland.
