The data was collected through a survey that was administrated to 423 health employees in five hospitals in Sakarya. The data was collected with a Perception of Fair Interpersonal Treatment Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale. According to results, normative commitment sub dimensions of organizational commitment were effected by organizational justice sub dimensions (the relations with supervisors and the relations with employees).
