Tkachev for the fact that he applied the scientific creations of the scientist when writing the article but didn¡¯t cite his publications.Now, with development of computer facilities and numerical methods of the decision of problems of hydraulics of the open water-currents, greater opportunities are got with mathematical modelling. In this connection it is technologically expedient and it is economically justified at research of complex hydraulic transients to carry out imitating researches on mathematical model of object.
