Bizdoaca %J Journal of Computer Science and Control Systems %D 2009 %I Editura Universit??ii din Oradea %X The article presents the thermalcharacteristics evaluation of a typical intelligent systemactuator using as active element the Shape MemoryAlloy (SMA) helical spring. In order to determine the transformation temperatures and other thermal parameters of the studied element, the attention was concentrated on thermal analysis experiments.
