Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) has grown to a popularcommunication technique for high speed communication. Besides of the advantages, one of maindisadvantage of OFDM is high peak to average powerratio (PAPR). In this paper, a PAPR reductionmethod is proposed that is based on combining clipping with Walsh Hadamard Transform (WHT).WHT isa precoding technique which is having less complexity compared to the other existing power reductiontechniques and also it can reduce PAPR considerablyand results in no distortion.
