%0 Journal Article %T Determination of Pª²Glu Content in Solid Substance of Tanreqing Injection by RPª²HPLC %A YANG Qing-lin %A FU Ya %J Journal of Chongqing Normal University %D 2012 %I Chongqing Normal University %X The content of Pª²Glu in solid substance in Tanreqing injection dose was analyzed. The content of Pª²Glu in solid substance in Tanreqing by RPª²HPLC was determined, and defined the content of Pª²Glu in the solid substance of different batches Tanreqing by comparing with reference of Pª²Glu. In this study the Chromatographic conditions was Sionchrom ODSª²BP(200 mm¡Á4.6 mm,5 ¦Ìm)column, acetonitrile-3.5 mmol/L phosphate buffer(volume ratio 1:99) with pH 3 as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength was set at 205 nm, the temperature of column was set at 27 ¡æ. The results showed that the Content of Pª²Glu in different batches were determined in the range of 0.5 %¡«1.2 %, the average value was 0.86%, it was indicated that the content of Pª²Glu in Tanreqing injection dose differs slightly in different batches.
