%X IntroductionOn December 27th and 30th 2011, I met with Kari Levitt in her apartment on De l¡¯¨¦p¨¦e, Outremont. I met her in 1987 at McGill while studying in political economy. Since, I always thought of her as one of the most inspiring women in Canadian political economy.
