%X Partant d¡¯une perspective aristot¨¦licienne, l¡¯auteur expose l¡¯application du droit ¨¤ des cas p¨¦ruviens qui sont ensuite compar¨¦s aux approches d¨¦velopp¨¦es dans la troisi¨¨me critique kantienne. L¡¯article se conclut par des r¨¦flexions sur le r le du droit comme m¨¦diateur. Cette approche permet ¨¤ la fois de distinguer la rationalit¨¦ technique de la morale ainsi que d¡¯illustrer le r le articulateur du droit dans la formation d¡¯une volont¨¦ politique universelle. The article begins by exploring an Aristotelian application of universal law to particular concrete cases from Peru, and subsequently comparing that approach with the aesthetics of the third Kantian critique.  Both the virtue of prudence and reflexive judgment allow us to distinguish between technical and moral rationality, and to reveal the mediating role of law in the formation of a universal political will. El art¨ªculo expone el tema de la aplicaci¨®n del derecho a los casos singulares desde una perspectiva aristot¨¦lica, primero, y luego la compara con la est¨¦tica de la tercera cr¨ªtica kantiana, para concluir con algunas reflexiones sobre el papel mediador del derecho. As¨ª, por un lado, acerca la prudencia al juicio reflexionante y ayuda a distinguir la racionalidad t¨¦cnica de la moral y, por el otro, muestra el papel articulador del derecho en la formaci¨®n de una voluntad pol¨ªtica universal.
