We applied a nasotracheal intubation via fiberoptic bronchoscopy (FOB) guidance on a 36 years old mental retarded (MR) patient with bilateral TMJ, having extremely limited mouth opening. As a result, nasotracheal intubation via FOB is reliable technique on even mental retarded patients with extremely limited opening. %K Temporo-Mandibular Joint Ankylosis %K Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy %K Nasotracheal Intubation %U http://www.jcam.com.tr/files/KATD-415.pdf
