Material and Method: In this clinical study, the cases treated with two level balloon kyphoplasty because of two levels vertebral compression fractures are retrospectively reviewed. Anterior, middle and posterior vertebral body heights were estimated by using preoperative and postoperative radiological images in the values of percentage changes and millimeters estimation. Result: Percentage changes were estimated at 26.5 18.1 in preoperative and postoperative measurements of anterior vertebral region. The changes were estimated at 51.7 44.2 in preoperative and postoperative measurements of middle vertebral region. The changes were estimated at 21.2 12 in measurements of posterior vertebral region. No complication encountered related with procedure. Discussion: In conclusion, this procedure seems a safe procedure with strong biomechanical properties and low complication rate in the surgical treatment of two level traumatic vertebral fractures. %K Traumatic Vertebral Fracture %K Balloon Kyphoplasty %K Stabilization of Vertebra %U http://www.jcam.com.tr/files/KATD-485.pdf
