%0 Journal Article %T Stem cell mobilization in healthy donors with Plerixafor %A I. de Greef %J Drugs and Cell Therapies in Hematology %D 2013 %I PAGEPress Publications %R 10.4081/dcth.2013.1s.13 %X The mobilization of hematopoietic stem- and progenitor cells (HPCs) from adult-related and unrelated HLAmatched donors for allogeneic stem cell transplantation requires the administration of the granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) given as subcutaneous (sc) injection twice daily for 4-6 days.
