The tumor typically located under the lower pole of the scapula. A 57-year-old woman who had retiredas a teacher, presented with a 1-year history of pain on the back and with a 3-month history of swelling located under the le scapula. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging showed bilateral, solid so tissue tumors under the scapula. She underwent total resection of the tumor on the le side. Tumor was diagnosed histopathologically as elastofibroma. Elastofibroma dorsi can be undetermined because of its localization.
