%X The juridical language within the ¡°declarations and testimonies¡± gender speech has the purpose of studying the content and analyse the construction of the meaning in the text. The study of this gender speech at school is important because it increases the repertoire of the student, not only about the textual type, but also about content and structure. As a theorethical referencial, we use, among others, the following theories: Cardoso (2003) about references, on the whole; Koch (2006) about anaphorical proceeding and Pietroforte (2003) about references on structuralism.
