After the age of 20 years, 75% of cases present with neurological manifestations and 25% with both hepatic and neuropsychiatric manifestations. Also literature suggests that there is correlation between brain finding on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and clinical features. We present a rare case of Wilson disease in 12 year male child who come to us with neuropsychiatric manifestation without hepatic involvement.
