The separation was achieved by using Benzene: Methanol (7.5:1.5 v/v) asmobile phase and aluminium backed silica coated TLC plates F254 as stationary phase; the developedplates were dried at 60oC after development. The separated bands on TLC plates were scanned over thewavelength of 560nm using tungsten as a lamp and in absorbance/reflectance mode after derivatizationwith fresh anisaldehyde sulfuric acid reagent dry the plates at 120. %K Almond cream %K Almonds %K Almond oil %K evaluation %K TLC %K finger printing %K qualitative %K densitometry %K Polyherbal formulation %K cream. %U http://www.ijrpsonline.com/pdf/0200.pdf
