%X Multicasting is the ability of a communicationnetwork to accept a single message from an application and todeliver copies of the message to multiple recipients at differentlocation[1]. With the emergence of mobile users, many existingInternet -protocols , including those with multicast support, needto be adapted in order to offer support to this increasinglygrowing class of users. Our research in multicasting, as todesign a Multicast Model , which provides reliability &scalability with best path for data delivery . Reliability meansguaranteed Delivery of packets. Scalability means capability toserve growing needs .In this context , A few concepts ofProactive routing technique are used to make available thismodel in Infrastructured wireless also. Minimum Spanning pathis used to deliver the packets ,to reduce the cost & delay.
