In this study the dyes concentration, (50 mgL-1, 100 mgL-1, 150 mgL-1), pH (5, 6, 7 and 8), temperature (25, 30, 35 and 40), different additional carbon (glucose, fructose and starch) at 10 gL-1 and nitrogen sources (ammonium sulfate, urea and ammonium nitrate) at 5 gL-1 were used for investigate the efficiency of the microbes in decolorization of the textile dyes. The dye concentration 50mg/L showed high percentage of decolorization than other concentrations. The glucose used culture showed high decolorization than other used carbon sources by P. sajor-caju and P. chrysosporium. In nitrogen source urea used culture showed high decolorization than other nitrogen sources. In this study various pH were tested, from the test pH 7 and 8 showed high % of decolorization of all tested textile dyes. From the various temperatures tested, 35ˇăC showed high % of decolorization of all tested textile dyes. Dye decolourization with microorganisms is low cost effective and environmentally friendly and the only way for ultimate controlling of pollution generated by textile and dyestuff industries. %K Textile dyes %K carbon source %K nitrogen source %K pH %K temperature %U http://trisanita.org/jates/atespaper2011/ates37v1n4y2011.pdf
