%X A 51 year old male patient met with a road traffic accident on August 2010. On examination thepatient was unable to stand and walk. His right knee was swollen and complained of pain withinstability. The X-Ray of patient showed transverse fracture of patella along with comminutedfracture of lower end of femur. He was treated with ¡°K¡± wire and internal fixation. The patient wasadvised early physiotherapy which include range of motion exercises, knee strengthening and gaittraining.
