PARTICIPENTS-9 male diffuse axonal injury patients were selected and randomly assigned intoexperimental group and control group. INTERVENTIONS-Patients in the experimental group received right sidemedian nerve stimulation along with multistructural sensory stimulation for 2 hours and control group re-ceived multistructural sensory stimulation along with sham stimulation. Both the group were treatedfor 2weeks duration. OUTCOME MEASURES-Neuro behavioural function was assessed with western neuro sensorystimulation profile and level of consciousness was assessed by Glasgow coma scale at baseline and after twoweeks of study. Results:After 2 weeks duration there was a significant improvement in the level of conscious-ness between the groups but there was no significant improvement in neurobehavioral function betweenthegroups. Conclusion:The results showed that there was significant improvement in level of consciousness be-tween the groups but there was no significant improvement in the Neuro behavioural function betweenthegroups. %K DIFFUSE AXONAL INJURY %K MULTI SENSORY STIMULATION %K MEDIAN NERVE STIMULATION %K CONSCIOUS LEVEL %K REHABILITATION. %U http://www.ijmhr.org/ijpr_articles_vol1_03/318.pdf
