%X Fruit trees known as deciduous species are native to the northern temperate zones that are well adapted to environmental conditions in regions of high Colombian Andean tropics, especially in the highlands boyacense where approximately 80% of the planted area. Conveyance systems (pruning) of fruit plants are management practices which apply technical criteria for productivity in temperate climates producing countries. It is known in Boyac芍, except traditional open vessel driving and other forms of effects, which is why the study was to evaluate six different types of driving on the vegetative growth of two peach varieties. We measured plant height, stem diameter, length of primary branches, percentage of lignification, and canopy projection based on each form (treatment). Was observed that the different types of pruning positively influenced with respect to the absolute control in the vegetative growth of the plants and the lignification of the primary branches, with the highest incidence in the range Rubidoux. The results also showed that the more a tree height growth and lignification of primary branches was husito. Los 芍rboles frutales conocidos como caducifolios, son especies originarias de las zonas templadas del norte que se han adaptado bien a condiciones ambientales de regiones del tr車pico andino alto colombiano, especialmente en el altiplano boyacense donde se encuentra aproximadamente el 80% del 芍rea sembrada. Los sistemas de conducci車n (podas) de plantas frutales son t谷cnicas agron車micas que se aplican con criterios t谷cnicos para la productividad en pa赤ses productores de climas templados. No se conoce en Boyac芍, con excepci車n del vaso abierto tradicional otras formas de conducci車n y sus efectos, raz車n por la cual el estudio tuvo por objeto evaluar 6 diferentes tipos de conducci車n sobre el crecimiento vegetativo en dos variedades de Durazno. Se midi車 la altura de las plantas, el di芍metro del tronco, la longitud de las ramas primarias, porcentaje de lignificaci車n, y proyecci車n de la copa en funci車n de cada forma (tratamiento).Se observ車 que los diferentes tipos de poda de formaci車n influyeron positivamente con respecto al testigo absoluto, en el crecimiento vegetativo de las plantas y en la lignificaci車n de las ramas primarias,con mayor incidencia en la variedad Rubidoux. Los resultados tambi谷n mostraron que la forma de 芍rbol con mayor desarrollo en altura y en lignificaci車n de las ramas primarias fue el husito.
