%X Most societies assume disability as a barrier or a human limitation. The greater barriers emerge from the set of social attitudes and archetypical images that limit and disable both participation and equality, based on an interpretation of external factors that are inherent to the limitation, but not on a comprehension of their possibilities of personal performance. It has to be considered that limitation itself should not impose a breaking with the person. Disability is produced in the interaction between the person and the environment. The article analyses the issue of disabled children in the Colombo-Swiss Integral Care Center in Tunja and the familiar, communitarian and institutional co-responsibility in the processes of integral attention. The document contains three parts, an initial one that approaches the concepts of disability, familiar, institutional and communitarian responsibility, and the legal frame related to the topic. The second part mentions the analysis elements of these previous categories, from the experience in the Colombo-Swiss Integral Care Center of Tunja. Finally, the article sets a reflection about the co-responsibility in the integral attention of disability as human condition. La discapacidad es asumida en la mayor赤a de las sociedades como una barrera o limitaci車n humana. Las mayores, radican en el conjunto de actitudes sociales e im芍genes protot赤picas que limitan e inhiben la participaci車n y la igualdad. Esto se fundamenta en una interpretaci車n de factores externos inherentes al problema y no en una comprensi車n de sus posibilidadesde desempe o personal. Ha de considerarse que la limitaci車n no deber赤a imponer una ruptura con la persona. La discapacidad se produce en la interacci車n de la persona con su medio. En el presente art赤culo se realiza un an芍lisis del tema de ni as y ni os en condici車n de discapacidad en el Centro de Atenci車n Integral Colombo Suizo de la ciudad de Tunja y la corresponsabilidad de la familia, la comunidad y las instituciones, en los procesos de atenci車n integral. El documento est芍 estructurado en tres partes; la primera aborda te車ricamente los conceptos de discapacidad, responsabilidad familiar, institucional y comunitaria,y el marco legal relacionado con el tema. En la segunda parte, se mencionan los elementos de an芍lisis y finalmente se establece una reflexi車n acerca de la corresponsabilidad en la atenci車n integral de la discapacidad como condici車n humana de ellas y ellos.
