%X ※Aflaflesh§ es un instrumento computarizado, dise ado para combinar un metodo de adquisici車n de datos visuales, con sofisticados sistemas operativosde software y an芍lisis de im芍genes. Esto, mediante la exposicion de la fluorescencia de ma赤z sometido a la radiaci車n UV, ya que si hay contaminaci車n con aflatoxinas B1, es posible transformar directamente el n迆mero de pixeles de la fluorescencia, en la concentraci車n de AFB1 correspondiente. "Aflaflesh" is a computerized instrument designed to combine a visual data acquisition with an acquisition of sophisticated operating systems and image analysis software. By exposing the fluorescence of maize subjected to UV radiation, because if there is contamination with aflatoxin B1, it is possible to transform directly the number of pixels measured by ell fluorescence instrumentfor the concentration of AFB1.
