%X En Buenos Aires se difundi車 Oriente a trav谷s de las producciones literarias y art赤sticas. Siguiendo el gusto europeo del orientalismo, los artistas participaron de los planteamientos est谷ticos del exotismo, de sus soluciones formales y se sirvieron de 谷l como una fuente de renovaci車n en el arte. Estas producciones se realizaron sobretodo en la segunda d谷cada del siglo XX. Como ejemplo centraremos nuestra atenci車n en el artista Gregorio L車pez Naguil. La imagen oriental apareci車 a trav谷s de la pintura, en la ilustraci車n para libros y para publicaciones peri車dicas y en escenograf赤as teatrales. En torno a la producci車n orientalista, la cr赤tica art赤stica dej車 sus escritos sobre la difusi車n y la influencia que tuvo en Buenos Aires. Buenos Aires spread Orient through literary and artistic productions. Following the European taste for the Orientalism, artists participated in aesthetic approaches around the exoticism, of their formal solutions and used it as a source of renewal in art. These works were made especially in the second decade of the 20th century. As an example we will focus our attention on the artist Gregorio L車pez Naguil. The Oriental image appeared through the painting, illustration for books and periodicals and theatrical scenography. About orientalist production, the art review left writings on the spreading and influence in Buenos Aires.
