This will be accomplished through the analyses of education practices in two private schools at the city of Ribeir o Preto-SP, Brazil. The study aims to unearth the contributions brought by corporal practices associated with music education in the development of children, since such topic is part of the core curricula in both schools. The data collection will be developed through interviews with teachers of music and students of the second to fifth year of fundamental school.
