%X Effect of lead, alcohol and vitamin E on Vitamin C content in liver tissue of rats were evaluated in vitro condition . The observations were made for two, four and eight weeks. lead, alcohol and vitamin E were treated individually and in combination. It was observed that, vitamin C content was increased in two and four weeks of treatment in liver tissue and decrease in eight weeks of treatment.
