%X Resumen Este art赤culo reflexiona acerca de los paisajes cotidianos de la ciudad contempor芍nea, que explicitan la dislocaci車n del buen funcionamiento de los sistemas natural y social, fragmentando el territorio con barreras insalvables. Esta hip車tesis se formula tras revisar los patrones de ocupaci車n territorial y los paisajes configurados sobre la experiencia de investigaci車n de ciudades espa olas y mexicanas. Sus paisajes urbanos actuales son un muestrario del patr車n de ocupaci車n dominante (expansionista y consumista) que ha impuesto un orden urbano a los territorios y que hace tabla rasa de los precedentes hist車ricos y culturales. Se propone una mirada entre la investigaci車n y la acci車n, un di芍logo entre el registro del usuario y la disecci車n del especialista, que permita identificar y caracterizar los paisajes, distingui谷ndolos e individualiz芍ndolos en unidades. Es un diagn車stico del deficiente modo como se produce el gobierno del territorio y un m谷todo para agilizar su elaboraci車n como instrumento operativo de planificaci車n. Abstract This article considers the daily scenery of the contemporary city that explicitly shows the dislocation of the natural and social systems which creates barriers that fragment the territory. This hypothesis is stated after checking the territorial occupation patterns and the scenery created by the research experience on Mexican and Spanish cities. Their daily urban scenery is a sample of the (expansionist and consumer) predominant occupation pattern that has imposed an order to the territory and that makes tabula rasa of the historical and cultural past. A look between the research and the action, a dialogue between the user and the specialist dissection are proposed in order to identify and characterize the scenery, letting differentiate and individualize units. This is a diagnose of the highly deficient way the territory is managed and a proposal of a method that speeds up the use as a operative instrument for planning. Resumo Este artigo reflete sobre as paisagens cotidianas da cidade contemporanea, que explicitam o deslocamento do bom funcionamento dos sistemas natural e social, fragmentando o territ車rio com barreiras insuper芍veis.
