%X This paper presents the results of a six sigma study that targets the issue of measuring the current performance of a new online delivery system that is offered by the College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) at the University of Central Florida (UCF) and assessing its capabilities. The objective of the study is to improve the faculty and students¡¯ satisfaction and ensure a leaner process in delivering online courses. The results and recommendations of the study are also presented.
