%X "Croce, el individuo y la crisis de la civilizaci車n: Individualidad y universalidad en el pensamiento croceano" Los 迆ltimos acontecimientos 谷tico-pol赤-ticos de los pa赤-ses del Este confirman la antigua idea hegeliana seg迆n la cual el camino de la historia avanza, aun cuando no faltan errores y contradicciones, en direcci車n a la libertad. Sin embargo, el pensamiento poshegeliano ha enfatizado demasiado el valor de la individualidad. Lo individual constituye para Croce el problema central y el objeto de la historiograf赤-a. Por eso trata de liberarla del peligro que significa la consideraci車n de los personajes como marionetas o simples apariencias. Pero, en cuanto parte de lo emp赤-rico y de lo singular, la individualidad resulta para Croce de un car芍cter est谷tico, en cualquier campo de la vida que se afirme. Nevertheless, the poshegelian thought has emphasized the value of the individuality. The individual thing constitutes for Croce the central problem and the historiography" s object. For that reason he tries to release it of the danger that means the consideration of the persons like marionettes or simple appearances. But, as soon as part of the empiricist and the singular, the individuality is for Croce part of an aesthetic character.
