%X The paper aims to show that public-private report is a socio-cultural construction and examines the contextual (re)configuration of the two spheres and the border between them, from a gender perspective. This analysis shows that communism can be understood not only by macro-economic politics, class relations and culture but also by categories targeted privacy policies, gender relations and women. We will try to show how the communist state¡¯s official ideology built the relationship between the state and society, how he managed to erase the public-private distinction and maintain its gendering. All these issues are relevant to understanding public-private report and gender order of post-communism modeled, in part, even communism.
