Using Granger causality test conducted in a multivariate VAR framework, bidirectional causality is observed between foreigninvestment inflows and secondary sector growth. It is seen that tertiary sector growth causes foreign investment inflows. Regression analysis is also done with the same dataset and it reveals that bothsecondary sector growth and tertiary sector growth have led to foreign investment inflows to the economy after 1990 reforms. %K Foreign investment inflows %K Granger causality %K Sectoral growth pattern %U http://www.sjm06.com/SJM%20ISSN1452-4864/8_1_2013_May_1_132/8_1_2013_39-51.pdf
