%X The object of this work is analyze who it is the organization of infirmary in the P.A.B. in E.S.E. of first level of complexity to the light of the epidemiology profile in Santaf谷 de Bogot芍 D.C., since this plan and the E.S.E. they are passing for a process of permanent adjustment, of the technical and normative proposals that guides the development of the actions, services of promotion of the health and prevention of the illness, surveillance in public health and control of the factors of risk required in order to proportion the necessary conditions of well-being to the population, now is excellent highlight that it in this process carry three years of introduction in the S.G.S.S.S approximately. From equal form gives valuable information to the personnel of infirmary for load new administrative strategies, operative and orientation of their actions according to the outputs final of this investigation. I for this am carried out a study of descriptive type and of traverse cut. On the other hand in include actual information like the P.A.B. lineaments of t 998 and t 999, of the same manner the preliminary evaluations of the Secretary and the Ministry of Health, the legal pertinent content for the same and also this nurtured of a wide bibliography. El objeto de este trabajo es conocer cu芍l es la organizaci車n de enfermer赤a en el P.A.B. en E.S.E. de primer nivel de complejidad, a la luz del perfil epidemiol車gico en Santaf谷 de Bogot芍 D.C., ya que este plan y las E.S.E est芍n pasando por un proceso de ajuste permanente, de las propuestas t谷cnicas y normativas que orientan el desarrollo de las acciones, servicios de promoci車n de la salud y prevenci車n de la enfermedad, vigilancia en salud p迆blica y control de los factores de riesgo requeridos para proporcionar las condiciones necesarias de bienestar a la poblaci車n, ahora es relevante destacar que en este proceso lleva aproximadamente tres a os de implementaci車n en el S.G.S.S.S. De igual forma suministra informaci車n valiosa al personal de enfermer赤a para implementar nuevas estrategias administrativas, operativas y orientaci車n de sus acciones seg迆n los resultados finales de esta investigaci車n. Para esto se realiz車 un estudio de tipo descriptivo y de corte transversal. Por otro lado, incluye informaci車n actualizada como los lineamientos P.A.B. de 1998 y 1999, del mismo modo las evaluaciones preliminares de la Secretar赤a y el Ministerio de Salud, el contenido legal pertinente para el mismo y adem芍s, est芍 nutrido de una amplia bibliograf赤a.
