%X This situations are so painful that they deserve nursing care based on support and help; for being able to confront it and support the critical situation: it includes informations, to keep them company special sensibility and how to help the child who has lost his/her mother, the nurse behavior as a model for the father or relative closest to the newborn and it explains to the valve that the link has as a support for the child future the newborn death and its significance for the parents and the proteccion the nurse must offer to the couple relationship; also when the newborn has a malformation or he/she has bornt with lightweight. La muerte y el cuidado de enfermer¨ªa al ni o, a la madre, al padre y a la pareja son situaciones tan dolorosas que merecen el cuidado de enfermer¨ªa basado en el apoyo y la ayuda; para el enfrentamiento y la situaci¨®n cr¨ªtica: incluye informaci¨®n, compa ¨ªa, acogimiento,  sensibilidad especial y comunicaci¨®n de apoyo para el ni o o ni a que ha perdido a la madre, modelamiento de cuidado al padre o familiar cercano al reci¨¦n nacido, se contempla el valor del v¨ªnculo y el apego esencial para la vida futura del ni o o ni a. La muerte del reci¨¦n nacido y el significado que este hecho tiene para la pareja y la protecci¨®n que la enfermera debe brindar a la relaci¨®n de pareja; que se brinda tambi¨¦n, cuando el reci¨¦n nacido tiene una mala formaci¨®n o ha nacido con bajo peso.
