%X Estudo retrospectivo dos aspectos legais da municipaliza  o do ensino, procurando-se, atrav¨¦s da an¨¢lise da legisla  o referente ao assunto, despertar nos educadores e autoridades administrativas uma atitude de reflex o quanto a uma pol¨ªtica administrativa descentralizadora no que respeita ao ensino.   A study of the legal aspects of the teaching municipalization trying through the analysis of the legislation referring to the subject, to arouse in educators and administrative authorities an attitude of reflection concerning a decentralizing administrative policy of the teaching.
