Modern building enterprise is a complex dynamic stochastic system. Suchsystem can be investigated in the context of queuing theory. Service demands are at the entry ofthe system, and set of served demands are at the output of the system. The served demands are executedcontracts. In modern studies on the problem under consideration only particular componentsof such systems at the level of primary production subdivisions are analyzed. There is a necessity, however, to perform complex study of such systems as a unit with consideration for theirstochastic nature. Results and conclusions. A building enterprise is studied as queuing network which consists ofterminal member of queuing system. It is established that the state of the whole queuing networkcan be characterized by state vector. Components of the vector describe the number of demands incorresponding queuing system included in considered network. Operational system characteristicssuch as the number of demands, average time of demand location in system, average time of servicewaiting are considered. %K building enterprise %K modeling %K stochastic system %K state vector %K demand %U http://vestnikvgasu.wmsite.ru/ftpgetfile.php?id=298
